Warranty

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will work with you reach a solution if issues are encountered.

Your Clear Shot is warranted against manufacturer defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse. Warranties are offered to the original purchaser only, and are not transferrable. Proof of purchase (a copy of your invoice) must be provided. When an item is covered under warranty, purchaser shall pay shipping fees to return the product to us, and then we will pay the return shipping fees. If an item is found not to be covered under warranty, purchaser will pay shipping both ways. If we determine your product has a manufacturer defect, we will do our best to replace or repair it (at our discretion) in a timely manner. Should we decide to replace it we will do our best to do so with a matching color, but this will be stock-dependent. If your color is not available, we will contact you to determine what color you would like instead.

Return Policy

We believe that the Clear Shot has value for every customer who purchases it for themselves or as a gift. However, we also have a return policy should you decide the Clear Shot is not for you.

• You may return new, unopened items that are sold by and fulfilled by Clear-shot.net within 15 days of delivery for a refund.
• Returned items should be in “like-new” condition, with all parts and pieces returned in their original undamaged retail product packaging, in resale-able condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• All returned product will be inspected upon arrival. Any product found to be in “not new” condition will not be eligible for refund.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card account.
• A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged to offset the cost of packing, unpacking and credit card transaction fees.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

Place a copy of you invoice and the Clear Shot in a shipping box and ship to the following address:
